This offering was birthed in response to our experience of the devastating Tropical Storm Helene that surged destructively through our community of Asheville and Western North Carolina on September 27th, 2024. In many areas, all we saw (and still see) are roots and branches. Countless trees were bowled over and torn asunder by waves of water, wind, and earth.
